Cooking Light Global Kitchen Cookbook

I received this cookbook for Father's Day in 2014. It has become one of my favorites. It has easy to prepare recipes from around the world that represent many different cuisines.

Here are a few of my favorites: Spring Rolls, Bibimbap, Korean Tacos, Korean Bbq, Korean Chicken with Spinach, Chicken Tikka Masala, Spicy Red Lentil Stew, and, Mexican Bread Pudding.

Another thing I really like about it is that it explains the various cuisines and ingredients.
